Dear sir
I understand you have a research and applications program dealing with ground penetrating radar. I would like to apply for work in this program on a full time or part time basis if possible.
I have done a Ph.D. thesis on GPR at the University of Birmingham, UK, at the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. After that I have published many papers on the topic as indicated by the CV which I send if you wish.
I have been working as a professor of electrical engineering in many universities in Libya but right now I am a resident of the USA and live in Eugene Oregon, USA.
